Refund Policy
We at My Forever Furnishings are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item(s).
We offer the following refund policy:
1. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with its original packaging.
- The item(s) must be returned within 7-14 days from the date of purchase.
- Proof of purchase (order/invoice) confirmation is required.
We will NOT refund any item that has been assembled or modified in any way or form.
2. Non-Refundable Eligibility
Certain items are not eligible for a refund, including:
- Gift cards
- Clearance/sale item(s)
- Assembled/used goods (Self assembled or assembled by our courier)
- Damaged goods caused by buyer
- Damaged goods caused by your courier whilst returning the goods. If you are using your own courier we would advise to get postal insurance.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- If you haven’t received your refund within 5-10 business days, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company as processing times may vary.
- If the item is returned un-opened and in its original condition we will refund the item cost minus our 10% handling fees.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by our own courier. If you need an exchange for the same item or another item within the same price range, please contact us at info@myforeverfurnishings.co.uk.
We will not entertain exchanges or replacements after 48 hours of receiving your goods neither will we entertain any exchange or replacements that are not in their original packaging.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- If purchased using Klarna please contact their customer support team.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@myforeverfurnishings.co.uk.
6. Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- We do not provide returns postage on FREE delivery.
- Items will be subject to a 10% (or £1.00 minimum) handling fee, this will be to cover the associated costs.
Returned goods for whatever reason must be returned to us at your cost unless we agree that you may dispose of them in which case please comply with the manufacturer's instructions before disposing of hazardous goods. Where the goods are being returned because they are faulty, incorrect goods or because of unsuitable substitution by us, we will meet the cost of return but we ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier and you must co-operate and allow a suitable time for the courier to collect at an appropriate time.
